I have same troubles in/on 64 bit system,as well on XP as on Vista.
(for a long time now!)
That such a BIG brand as Adobe not able to fix this...Sad actually...

I have lots of trouble with Adobe Flash on my 64-bit system. It crashes my browsers frequently and also doesn't work well with embedded flash in programs even when they are being run in the virtual x86 32-bit mode. I really hope that Adobe gets on the ball quick and makes a 64-bit version.
